sadness all around

Yesterday was quite a day. American iconography felt a deep loss, as did our collective memories. 

Many of our childhoods' idol, The Prince of Pop, passed away early yesterday afternoon at the young age of 50, suddenly. I know I was stunned, and silent for like, two hours, and then listened to the jams for the rest of the night, thinking back on how much I loved Michael as a kid, how his work continues to leave people inspired. There's so much to be said, but we all feel the loss. RIP Michael J, you were an immense force in entertainment history. 

Farrah Fawcett also passed away yesterday at the age 62 after a three year battle with cancer, and her memorable style and charisma will not be forgotten. Rest in Peace, Angel. She had probably the most iconic hairstyles of all times, and we will celebrate her life and legacy as a quite a fierce female!

Le Sigh... I'm still shocked. I can't really say much except that I've got the major sads :(

Summer Heat

Speaking of our ladies lookin good, here's the latest from one of our fave Fanny's, Cubannie ! We luhhh her as much as we heart cafe con leche, and of course she just made us even more enamored with how good that FF watercolor jumpsuit looks on her! She'sa super cutie-patootie and she always reps us correct!  

This lookbook makes me think of walking around in the summer, fire hydrants busted, kids playing, cumbia blasting, and bodegas jumping. Ahh, I love summer!

And it's always great to see our peeps puttin each other on- bedazzled A-Morir  glasses are always droolworthy- I met Kerin back in my Missbehave days and she would always blow my mind with her feathered hats and amazing style, so anything she puts out is something to holler at! And gurrlll, this new lookbook is just making your entire summer kit so easy, because let's take a minute and enjoy the P.O.P summer tanks! Jasmine rocked an Amazing FF Purple lace dress and looked A-FREAKIN-DORABLE  for her performance at Roxy Cottontail's birfday shindig at Imperial last May here in NYC. And she killed it!!!!! What a star!! Keep ur eyes and ears peeled cuz she's doin big tings!
